Chartering of a vessel
Chartering of a vessel
Chartering of vessels, by definition, is a contract under which the transportation of cargo or people is carried out in maritime shipping. Chartering of vessels is characterized by irregularity or non-recurrence. Chartering of vessels also refers to the hiring of a ship or yacht, with or without a crew, for a specific period of time, to organize transportation or travel within the scope defined by the hirer. This definition is set forth by maritime law, as outlined in the Maritime Code of September 18, 2001.
DIVAL has at its disposal the vessel Neptune W, which is available for chartering of vessels. It is a marine tug with a hull length of 17.04 meters and a width of 4.21 meters. Powered by a 260kW Volvo Penta engine and equipped with auxiliary equipment, Neptune W serves as a diving base created by us, which expands the range of services provided by DIVAL.
At DIVAL, we specialize in chartering of vessels and offer comprehensive underwater and hydraulic engineering services. We respond to our clients’ needs by providing towing and transportation services, supporting construction sites, and maintaining a diving base in the Gdansk Bay. Our offer also includes the transportation of supplies and crews. We invite you to collaborate with us on all aspects of chartering of vessels!
