An expert opinion is an in-depth examination of a phenomenon that has begun to appear on a structure or object. An expert opinion can be commissioned after a technical condition assessment, if something deviating from the accepted norm comes out during the assessment, or if the facility manager finds irregularities. Technical condition assessment is based on the Construction Law. We distinguish between an annual technical condition assessment and a five-year assessment – with a broader scope.
